Procedure (50 minutes)

a- Induction for 10 minutes (the tasks were given beforehand)
Step 1- doa recitation
Step 2- briefly explain the definition of pet to the students.
Step 4- teach the students to pronounce the name of the pets.
Step 5- held Q&A session with the students.
b- Start the first activity – story telling (20 mins)
Step 1- briefly explain the activities to the students
Step 2- allocate the students with a specific activity according to the name list.
Step 3 – allocate 5 minutes for students to do some preparation
Step 4 – story telling begins.
c- Start the second activity – poem recitation (20 mins)
Step 1- briefly explain the activities to the students
Step 2- allocate the students with a specific activity according to the name list.
Step 3 – allocate 5 minutes for students to do some preparation

Evaluation of lesson

Oral test –
1. Name all the pets they have learned
2. Pronounce and construct short sentence about the pets.

1- The activities provided will eventually increase the students’ level of confidence speaking in front of others.
2- The usage of websites can reduce dependency on books.
3- The activities will encourage the students to be more creative.
4- The activities will instill the feeling of love for animals.
5- Instead of having ordinary learning lesson by using books, the students will enjoy more. |
